I can't submit my trip. Why?

Here are a few answers to why you can't submit your trip. 

1. You have not confirmed your email. 

Solution: Go to your email inbox, find an email sent from TakeMeTour and click "Confirm email". 

 

2. Your trip lacks some information in at least one of these 5 steps. If there is a yellow exclamation mark sign presenting at the topic, it means you need to fill in what is missing before submitting your trip. 

Solution: Make sure to fill all fields until the exclamation mark sign disappears.

 

 

3. Phone number isn't in a correct format. We require you to enter phone number for the verification purpose

Solution: Remember to enter your code country (66 for Thailand) instead of 0. For example, if your phone number is 08912345678 - please enter 66891234567
