Trip Change & Cancellation Policy

To maintain the healthy and fair environment on TakeMeTour, the strict cancellation policy is applied.

 

Change of purchased trips

  • All changes have to be expressed by contacting support@takemetour.com 
  • The change of date after purchasing can be made only agreed by your local expert. It is also subject to availability. 
  • The change of trip and/or local expert after purchasing can be arranged only agreed by your local expert. It is also subject to availability. Travelers should hold responsibility to the cost differences. We reserve the rights to withhold any excessive amount. 

Cancellation of purchased trips

  • All cancellations have to be expressed by contacting support@takemetour.com 
  • Shall there be any cancellation of a purchased trip, we reserve the rights to withhold the TakeMeTour's booking fee.
  • A cancellation of (a) purchased trip(s) has to be done at least 7 days in advance prior to 12:00AM (Local time GMT+7) of the trip date in order for you to be entitled to a full refund (excl. booking fee). We will process it within 15 business days.
  • For cancellations made later than 7 days advanced to the trip, you can also be entitled to a full refund (incl. booking fee) in form of a credit voucher to be spent on any tour on TakeMeTour. The amount is not subject to cash-outs.
  • Under special circumstances, we may consider case-by-case for refunds. Please submit your solid reasons and evidence to our support team at support@takemetour.com

Refund Request Period

  • Any refund request must be made no later than 3 days after the trip date.
