Change of the confirmed booking
Please let us know as early as possible if you are unable to take a trip after the confirmation (due to illness, accident, etc). Please specify the valid reason with solid evidence. We will try our best to help you to mitigate the situation.
Should you have to cancel the trip, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you know. We will help communicate with the traveler. You might be liable for the cost that incurred in the refund process.
